Dear Sisters of the Perpetual Indulgence of the whole World:San's Philip Order and Santiago of Montevideo in Uruguay, South America, Latin America makes them come to all our permanent love and kisses with happiness of feasting the period 2000 - 2010 and fulfill 28 of September of the year 2010 the tenth anniversary of life together with all the Sisters of the World, his(her,your) Orders, his(her,your) Convents and our dear house mother of San Francisco where those illuminated pioneers of the year 1979 illuminated the first habits in this one world.
