Please join Mateando and the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC) for an evening event to celebrate Uruguay’s new civil union law, which grants same-sex couples who have been in a relationship for five years the same rights and privileges as married heterosexual couples.
Several speakers will discuss the law in more detail and also address progress toward LGBT equality in Latin America.
